All services provided by Infopage Services and associates may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. this includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and/or other statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Infopage Services and associates from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on our servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or Link to adult content elsewhere. Infopage Services and associates will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Unlimited Traffic
We are pleased to offer our clients unlimited Web page traffic. To maintain the integrity of our service the following  limitations apply:

• Sites housing multiple directories with unrelated information
  
• Sites with more than one main page.
• Multiple hosts resolving at an ip or domain name that we provide
  
• Sites with Banners, graphics or cgi's running from their domain used on other domains.
• Sites with graphic archives or galleries
• Sites offering download archives, such as .zip, .tar, .ra and .GZ.
• Sites using more than 20% of system resources

For those that do not qualify for the unlimited service, traffic will go unmonitored until you reach 3 gigs. Thereafter, normal data transfer cost of 8.00/100megs will apply.

Infopage Services & Associates will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision

Chat Rooms
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as an account option. However, we do provide a choice of Java chatrooms for a small extra charge that will more than fill your needs and run without hindering the performance of the machine for others.

Background Running Programs
We may allow programs to run continually in the background . These are considered on a one-to-one basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

IRC
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Commercial Advertising - Email:
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from an Infopage Services or associate server or using an email address that is maintained on a Infopage Services or associate machine is STRICTLY prohibited. Infopage Services and associates will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Server abuse:
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to an Infopage Services or associate server is strictly prohibited.

All Sub-Networks of Infopage Services or associate Sub-Network and dedicated servers must adhere to the above policies.

Any terms or conditions that fail to be followed will result in grounds for account deactivation. We reserve the right to remove any account with 15 days prior notice.
